What this site collects.

mediaboxent.tech is the company website of MediaBoxEnt Technologies. It has no accounts, no newsletter and no shopping cart. It sets no cookies of its own. The only personal information it handles is what you choose to type into the contact form.
The contact form
When you write to us, the form asks for:
- your email address, so we can answer;
- your name, if you want to give it;
- the topic and your message.
Your message is delivered to our team as one email, with your address as the reply-to. It is not stored in a database on this site. We use it only to answer you and, if the conversation continues, to keep track of it. It stays in our mailbox for as long as that takes, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Bot protection
The form runs a bot check before it sends, and a short limit on how many messages one connection can send per minute. Both look at technical details of your connection, such as your IP address and browser, and neither is used for anything else.
Visits
We look at aggregate visit counts (which pages, how many people, from which countries) to know what is being read. These counts do not identify you and do not use cookies. Like every website, our hosting keeps standard connection logs for a short time to run the site safely.

Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and a person answers.
